| Analyzes business problems and identifies requirements for the correct technology solutions. Documents functional requirements for proposed projects. Scopes project outlines, including goals and objectives. Ensures developmental needs meet functional requirements through robust unit testing Presents solutions to stakeholders Provides Helpdesk support for HR/FI production processes. Supports changes to existing processes within the HR/FI/CO modules. Education & Experience: BA/BS in Business or Computer Science; advanced certification in SAP helpful. Seven or more years experience with HR/FI (MANDATORY) Direct experience with managing multiple projects - specifically within SAP HR/FI. Must have direct experience with implementing SAP modules. Demonstrated technical expertise - experience with ABAP programming required - strong knowledge of integration points between HR & Payroll.
